Do I need an account to browse listings?
No. Searching, filtering and viewing property details is open to everyone. You only need an account to publish a listing or manage your own properties.
How do I list my property?
Sign in, then use "List your property" in the header. The wizard walks you through type, details, location, pricing and photos, and publishes the listing when you are done.
Can I edit or remove a listing after publishing?
Yes. Open your profile, find the listing under "My properties" and use its menu to edit it, unpublish it (hide it from search) or delete it permanently.
Is it better to rent or to buy?
It depends on your finances and how long you plan to stay. Buying builds equity and offers stability; renting keeps you flexible and usually has lower upfront costs.
How do I contact a property owner?
Each property detail page shows the owner and, when they have provided one, a phone number. In-app messaging is coming in a later release.
